STEP 1: Sow seeds
💧 Soak the seeds in clean water for 4 to 6 hours, then incubate them for 10 to 12 hours until they germinate. Afterward, sow them in the soil.
🌱 After about 1-2 weeks, the seedlings will develop 2-3 leaves.
🌿 At this stage, add organic fertilizer or green manure to promote healthy vegetable growth.
GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 2: Care for the Plants
🌿 When the mustard plant has 5-6 leaves, space the plants about 10-20 cm apart to promote healthy growth.
🌱 Add more rice husk ash or earthworms to enrich the soil, and apply a small amount of urea diluted with water.
💧 Water in the cool afternoon to stimulate growth during this stage and ensure the plants thrive.
STEP 3: Harvesting
🌱 After 2-3 weeks, when the plant reaches a height of about 40-50 cm, buds appear on the leaf tips, prune the old leaves for the buds to grow
🌱 After 1-2 months, when the plant reaches a height of about 60-70 cm and the leaves thicken, it is ready to harvest.
✂️ Pick the cabbage from the bottom up, or pull the whole plant depending on your needs. To let the plant grow back, leave the plant intact and prune the old leaves.
